See the Report button wherever you find content that breaks our rules. Choose a reason, add optional detail, and submit — reports are confidential.

For hosts: protection & claims

If a guest damages your property, breaks house rules, or causes an incident, you can file a claim from your hosting dashboard within the claim window. Our team reviews the evidence and adjudicates.

If your host cancels, you always get a full refund — and our team helps you rebook. If the place isn't as described, report it within 24 hours of check-in and we review every case.
