  • 50% refund up to 48 hours before the event.
  • No refund within 48 hours of the event, unless the event is cancelled.

If we cancel the event, every paid order is refunded in full and your tickets are voided automatically.

Tickets live in your StayShare+ account — no PDFs, no printouts. After purchase, open Tickets from your account on the web or in the app to show your QR code at the gate.

Do tickets work without internet?

Yes. Open your ticket once while online and it's saved to your device — the QR code works at the gate even in airplane mode.

Can I buy tickets somewhere else?

No — tickets are sold exclusively on StayShare+. Tickets offered anywhere else are not valid at the gate.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow the event's refund policy shown above. If the event is cancelled, every paid order is refunded in full automatically.
